In the upper part of the villa are the living areas, such as a spacious living room a kitchen and a TV /Game room and there is a full length large covered pergola and a verandah facing south.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern and quality appliances including 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, induction cooking plate, ice cube maker, an Espresso coffee machine , milk frother , quality pots and pans . There is a large dining table inside which seats up to 12 people.The terrace, which is adjacent to the kitchen, has a large covered pergola, which provides shade andviews throughout the day.
The TV and Game room has a lovely lazy sofa and chairs. There is a large Oled TV. with channels like Netflix, YouTube etc are all programmed. It also streams and mirrors very easy from your own device. In addition to watching TV programs, it can also be used for gaming.
In this very spacious living room with large fireplace you can sits a large group very comfortably,when it is colder outside. So even outside the summer season there are enough reasons to stay at the villa.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen you will find a spacious terrace with a large covered pergola, which offers shade all day long. A large dining table seating at least 10 makes it a great eating area with magnificent views to the south. Here is also where you will find the Boretti BBQ
The house has a large covered verandah along the entire length of the villa, equipped with comfortable cane lounge chairs and sofas with a fantastic view to the south overlooking Massif des Maures with the Mediterranean Sea behind. There is also a beautiful old farmers dining table.
